As an independent trustee and pension administrator established in 1996, City Trustees is a well-established business, which also benefits from the strength of being owned by leading pension provider Mattioli Woods plc. The Group now administers over 2,900 SIPPs and 1,400 SSASs, providing true depth of knowledge and expertise. Our principal functions include:

Core to our product offering is a professional and personalised service, starting with each client having their own dedicated account manager to deal with the day-to-day administration requirements of their scheme in a proactive fashion. Many volume players in the SIPP market use a systems-based approach which lacks client focus. In comparison, we believe we can add real value and a more personalised approach.
